Education Wing Blessing and Celebration
Advent has a long history of Christian education being at the center of what we do as a community of faith. While many individuals and families have made that history vibrant, meaningful, and faith forming for the children and adults who have participated, Paul and Kathryn Miller have played a very significant role in that history. The generous gifts they have given to Advent over the years, recently as part of their estate, and their faithful commitment of time and talent throughout their time here at Advent have helped us to be able to lay a foundation of faith education for a new generation. As the Miller family gathers at Advent for worship on Sunday, June 3 we will host a celebration and blessing of the continuing growth and development of Advent's education ministries.
